Digital products are non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased, the buyer will automatically receive a digital download of the item to the email address entered. Therefore, all sales are final once the transaction is complete. Those purchasing a digital item of a pattern should not share, redistribute, or try to post the item without owner permission. Owner reserves copyrights to all patterns on this website and has creative ownership of the designs. Finished items may be sold. However, please give credit where credit is due and be sure to tag @melsbellescrafts in any social postings.
